Newton's Second Law can be axpressed as

F=ma=dpdt

"During an interval of time a constant force acting on an object causes a change of momentum."

F=ΔpΔt

Δp=FΔt

Given

F=1000cos(127)i^+1000sin(127)j^=600i^+800j^N

we can compute

Δp=(600i^+800j^)(0.001)=0.600i^+0.800j^N
